One timepass day

He writes/narrates very well, we have seen it in my very first post of this blog. So this is his side of the story to explain how he was not tired/exhausted when we took a bus to roam around in Bangalore. Pra's story...

By the way, I wud like to narrate last Sunday's HISTORIC events.

It all started in Transit. We had our lunch there, PURE VEGETARIAN(Yes, I am talking about Aarati and myself). Post lunch I was wondering how to do TIMEPASS(You will get to know the sinificance of this word as u read through). Suddenly, dont know why hum dono ke andar ki bhakthi jaag uthi and we decided to go to ISKCON temple, even though its like outside B'lore.
We boarded a bus from Koramangala at 3:30 PM. We felt its better to take the Rs.25 daily BMTC bus pass rather than ending paying up more than 40-50 Rs per head. The moment we got the Passes our hand we got the feeling that we own the entire BMTC and the very moment we decided to fully utilize the power we got in the form of Pass.
After around 45 minutes of journey we reached Majestic Bus stand. Went through the map and found out the bus number to reach our destination. After many ifs and buts we got into the bus.
Both of us were eagerly waiting for the conductor to come to us. And the moment he came to our seat, Aarati flashed the Pass to him proudly. Aarati ke chehre pe aisi khushi maine pehli baar dekhi thi. After another 45 minutes journey we reached ISKCON. Got into the temple. I was totally shocked and disappointed by seeing the extent to which it has been commercialized. We didnt get a place to sit down and relax a bit. The moment you enter the temple, you will find sign boards displaying "EXIT" or "Baahar jaane ka raasta". Anyway we were inside the temple for
about an hour or so. After getting out of the temple we started walking towards the bus stand which was about 300-400 meters from the temple. While walking towards the bus stand, both of us saw a scary looking lady coming from the opposite direction. We ignored her but as soon as she reached near us, Aarati screamed(not loudly). My initial thoughts were that she had seen a snake or some accident. After a minute she tells that the lady suddenly held her hand the moment they crossed each other. Dont know why? Anyway turned out to be a Hauting Experience for her.
We reached the bus stand and waited for bus to majestic. There were lots of buses coming which were destined for Majestic. But soon we realized that all of them were either stuffed up or we wont get seats. And that too while we were having PASS. So we decided to wait. Then some buses came with vacant seats but we didnt like them -not properly painted, not comfortable, unlucky number on the number plate, front glass not clean, wiper missing, foot board covered with dust, the bus didnt stop right in front of us, old tyres, a Scratch on the left head light and many other similar GENUINE reasons. How could we get into such a bus while holding the PASS. It wud have been insulting for us. Then we concluded, "Humare pass bahut saara TIME hai aur humare pass BMTC bus PASS bhi hai, so, we have every reason and luxury to do TIMEPASS" [TIME + PASS = TIMEPASS]." The moment we "crafted" this real time PJ, both of us started laughing aloud sitting at the bus stand, only to invite suspicious staring from people around us.It didnt take us a minute to realise that it was perfect time to Khisko from there.

After 15-20 minutes, we got into a bus without knowing the destination(By this time you ppl wud have guessed why?). After having our seats we came to know that the bus was destined for Market. We were comfortably placed at our seats when Aarati suddenly got an idea(I saw a Bulb lighting on top of her head) of getting down and taking another bus to Majestic. But we dismissed that idea. The journey till market consumed more time than I expected, more than an hour. Now the next task was to find a bus to Gandhi bazar, jayanagar or majestic which sadly wud be our last journey by bus for the day. Sad because after that we wont be able to use the PASS. Aarati did some enquiry and found out that we need to go to another bus stand for which we need to walk a little and cross a subway. We reached there and started looking for the bus(No. 45). Another enquiry and we found out that there is one more bus stand just beside the one we were standing. Finally boarded the bus at 7.00 P.M. which was destined for Gandhi bazar. 15 minutes of travelling and we were in Gandhi Bazar. Had an early dinner at Hotel New Aatithya. Menu for dinner - Chilly Potato for starter and the main course included Veg Biriyani and Special Dal. Perfect dinner by the end of a good day. As Aarati said khane ke baad pet bhi bhar gaya aur mann bhi. Sitting there we did some initial planning for the week when Tabassum wud be here in Bangalore. During our discussion when I was explaining how I wud be preparing SPECIAL breakfast for Tabassum, suddenly Aarati took her mobile, did some Maneuvering, checked out the calander, gave me this terrifying look, aur haan dono haath kamar pe and asked "Mein pichle 2 maheene aur 10 din se Bangalore mein hoon, aur tumne aaj tak kabhi mujhe breakfast bana ke khilaaya hai?? ".Maine socha beta prashant apni salamati chahta hai toh topic badal le nahi toh buri tarah pitega, and somehow I was able to shift the discussion to some other topic(I guess so).

Then we moved towards her guest house. Made our self comfortable on the pavement near the guest house and did time pass(No, this time it was without the Bus PASS :D ) till 10 PM. Yes you read it correctly, it was indeed 10 PM., much much earlier than our regular weekend timings.

The day ended when I took an auto and went to my home(Could have used the bus PASS one last time for the day but was not sure about the route).
A total TIMEPASS day.
